Hoolie newsletter software for Mac uses the Mac OS Address Book to manage mailing lists.
After you fill in your own contact information for the Me contact, start adding contacts. Here are the two most common ways to add contacts in Outlook 2011 for Mac: Add a contact from a mail message. Select a mail message in Outlook Mail and choose Message→Sender→Add to Contacts from the menu bar. Add a contact while using the Contacts. Click the Contact or click New→Contact on the Home tab of the Ribbon in Contacts.
To create a mailing list in Hoolie using an existing list, you first have to create a group in the Mac Address Book, then import the contacts from a .csv file into the new group.
